Privacy Policy

SimplyADHD ("we", "us") provides personalised ADHD support printables for individuals and practitioners. If you need to contact us about your data, email privacy@simplyadhd.app.

• Account data: email address, optional full name, role (consumer or practitioner).
• Intake & participant data: for each kit you generate, the participant name, age, struggles, situation notes and preferences you enter.
• Generated content: the AI-generated PDF content and cover image associated with each kit.
• Billing data: subscription status and plan tier. Card details are handled directly by our payment processor; we never see them.
• Usage data: basic analytics about which pages are visited and which kits are generated.
• Contact messages: if you fill in our contact form, the name, email and message you submit.

• To generate the kits and resources you request.
• To deliver and bill the service you signed up for.
• To reply to your support messages.
• To improve the product (in aggregate, never identifiable).

We do not use any participant data, intake answers or generated kits to train AI models.

Account and kit data is stored on Lovable Cloud, hosted on Supabase infrastructure. Generated PDFs and cover images are stored in encrypted object storage within the same environment.

To generate kits we send the intake data to Lovable AI (currently Google Gemini via the Lovable AI Gateway) and cover prompts to kie.ai's Nano Banana image model. Both providers have their own privacy policies; neither retains the data for training.

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the service providers strictly necessary to operate SimplyADHD (hosting, AI generation, payments). Each is bound by their own DPA / privacy commitments.

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and all associated data at any time (Account → Delete account, or by emailing us).
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Object to processing or withdraw consent.

Email privacy@simplyadhd.app to exercise any of these.

We keep your account and kit data for as long as your account is active. Deleted records are removed within 30 days. Contact form messages are retained for 12 months.

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. No third-party advertising cookies.

SimplyADHD is not directed at children under 16. Practitioners who use the tool to generate kits for under-16 participants are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental consent before entering that participant's data.

We'll post any material changes here and notify active users by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
