A printable library for ADHD brains
SimplyADHD started as a single tool: a personalised, printable 5-part support kit you could generate in five minutes. Coaches loved it because it gave their participants something to take home — not another worksheet to lose, but a real, colour-coded structure built around them.
We're growing it into an entire library. Routine cards. RSD first-aid cards. "How to support me" letters participants can hand to a partner or boss. Dopamine menus. Every resource is generated from a short intake and tailored to the person, not the diagnosis.
